Workshop Travel and Events Management
Venerdì 27 Febbraio presso Hotel Bologna Fiera, la MAE’ GROUP di San Benedetto del Tronto, ha organizzato un workshop dal titolo:
TRAVEL AND EVENTS MANAGEMENT – DAL BUSINESS TRAVEL AI VIAGGI CORPORATE:
Saving, Controllo, Fidelizzazione e Crescita.
Il workshop ha avuto la durata di un’intera giornata suddiviso in due momenti ben distinti, uno dedicato al Business Travel e uno agli Eventi Corporate.
Nella mattinata si è analizzato l’importanza di gestire al meglio i trasferimenti del personale viaggiante, l’ottimizzazione dei costi nonché la gestione ammnistrativa interna, e sono intervenuti in ordine:
Karin D’Alò –Responsabile Business Travel – Maè Group; Maurizio Audisio e Marisa Boscaro, Sales Manager di Aiplus e Simona Cattaneo – Sales Manager di Cathay Pacific, premiata come miglior compagnia aerea 2014.
Successivamente i partecipanti si sono cimentatati in una bellissima esperienza di team building, un cooking training su come fare il tortellone bolognese, per omaggiare un’ eccellenza della città ospitante. Ancora una volta il team building si è dimostrato il modo più efficace, divertente e formativo per fare gruppo e ottenere il massimo in termini di performace!
La sessione pomeridiana è stata incentrata dunque sul mondo degli Eventi Aziendali, se e come un evento aziendale può essere una leva di marketing per le aziende, e la presentazione di nuove tecnologie come ad esempio: organizzare, gestire e analizzare un evento tramite App.

90% of the Italian hotel offers free wifi . The Italian cities with the highest percentage of hotels that offer this service are Rome, Florence and Naples ( 86%), followed by Palermo ( 80%) and Milan ( 65%).
In Europe, among the 28 countries surveyed, the best performers are Romania , with 99% of hotel that offers free wireless internet at no cost, Poland (98%) and Slovakia (98 %).
Although 90 % of the hotels offer free wifi, Italy amounted to twenty-first place . In Western Europe are better positioned the Nordic countries ( Sweden and Norway 96%) and France (95 %), and Spain (89% ), the UK (88 %) and Germany (73% ) occupy the last positions .
At the global level , countries “on the top” ( with the largest number of hotels that offer free wifi) are Romania and Vietnam (99 % of the hotels ), followed by Taiwan , Cambodia, Poland , Morocco and Slovakia (98 %). The countries “on the flop ” are : Australia ( 56%) , New Zealand ( 59%), Germany (73%) , India ( 74%) and South Africa ( 75%).

Entry visas to Italy from Russia the largest number of requests

” These data are very encouraging considering that the portfolio of hotels Emirate is constantly evolving , with a growth of 10% in the last year in the availability of the rooms ,” said Jasem Al Darmaki , deputy director general , TCA Abu Dhabi.
